Choose the kind of space that feels right for you: focused individual work, a regular creative practice, or a guided group experience.
1:1 sessions offer a personal, dedicated space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what feels most present in your life right now.
I recommend beginning with one of the themed sessions below. Each session is a complete experience, with its own intention, focus, and structure.
From there, if you would like ongoing support, we can talk about creating a personalised programme of sessions. This allows our work together to respond to your needs, your rhythm, and what unfolds along the way.

An online open studio where we breathe intentionally, engage in our own art practice and share a held space and community.
This is not therapy and not an art class. You come here to have a moment with and for yourself: to slow down and listen, and to give shape to what usually stays inside or has long wanted to be expressed.
You may work with the prompt, follow your own direction or simply spend time with your materials. There is no pressure to produce a particular result, explain your work or share it with the group.
Open Studio and art hive traditions welcome everyone as an artist and focus on expression and connection rather than on result.
Open Studio is a recurring space. It gives you regular time to slow down, breathe, create and reconnect; a familiar structure to return to; and a held space and community that develops over time.
Format: Online · Group
Duration: 2 hours
Schedule: Bi-weekly · Sundays at 15:00 Zurich time · 2 sessions per month · Dates shared through the Open Studio WhatsApp group
Language: Sessions are held in English. I also speak Spanish and French.
Pricing: Your first session is offered free. If you would like to continue, you can join Open Studio at the launching price of CHF 45 per month—a price you keep for as long as you remain part of the studio.
Your first session is offered for free as a chance to enter the space and experience it for yourself.

Guided sessions that bring a group together to explore a theme or practice a combination of techniques for a specific purpose.
Workshops are offered online or in person (currently around Lausanne/Geneva). They are designed for individuals and existing groups who want a grounded, non‑clinical space for self-care, creative expression and reconnection.

You can join an Open Studio, come to a themed group session, or work with me one-to-one. Each option offers a different way of entering the space; the details above will help you find the one that suits you. Send me an email if you have any particular question.
The Open Studio is an ongoing space. New people can join, and the group may develop continuity over time. Get in touch before registering so I can let you know whether it is the right moment to join.
All practices are designed for non-artists. The focus is on expression and exploration, not on technique or results.
You are welcome to join without previous breathwork experience. You will be introduced to the practice, and you can take part at your own pace.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen, create, reflect, or simply be present.
You will receive the practical details for your chosen session, including the date, time, online link, and anything helpful to have with you.
You will receive any preparation information in advance. Usually, all you need is a private, comfortable place and any simple materials named for that session.
Yes. The sessions take place online. Times are shared in Zurich time, and you can join from wherever you are able to find a suitable, private place.
These sessions can sit alongside therapy or other health support, but they do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. They are not health treatment and are not covered by health insurance.
I bring experience as a coach and mentor, but these sessions do not work toward defined goals, performance, or a plan of action. The focus is on slowing down, listening to yourself, and exploring what is present through breath, art, and reflection.
Making this space accessible is important to me. I want to create favourable pricing and access, and where appropriate, tailored spaces for people from marginalised or vulnerable communities. Please contact me privately if this feels relevant to you; we can discuss what may be possible.
