Third Party Services I Use

To provide the Service, I work with the following third party providers. Each of them processes some of Your personal data on my behalf.

  • TidyCal: used to manage session bookings. When You book a session, TidyCal processes Your name, email address, and any information You provide during booking. See TidyCal’s privacy policy at tidycal.com/privacy-policy
  • Stripe: used to process payments for paid sessions and memberships. I do not store Your card details myself. Stripe handles this directly. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • TWINT or bank transfer: if You choose to pay by TWINT or Swiss bank transfer instead of Stripe, I receive the payment confirmation details needed to match Your payment to Your booking, such as Your name and the transaction reference. This information is handled through my bank and is not shared with any other third party.
  • WhatsApp: if You choose to join my Open Studio community group, Your phone number becomes visible to other members of that group. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Joining is optional and You may leave at any time. See WhatsApp’s privacy policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • MailerLite: used to manage my newsletter, for those who choose to sign up. See MailerLite’s privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • Google Analytics: used to understand how visitors use the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside of Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, they do so under their own applicable safeguards, as described in their respective privacy policies linked above.
