Workplace figures can show the scale of a problem, but not what it feels like to live or work through it. In 2025, only 20% of employees worldwide were engaged at work, costing the world economy an estimated $10 trillion in lost productivity (Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026). In the EU, 29% of workers reported stress, depression or anxiety caused or made worse by their work, while over 40% reported severe time pressure or work overload (EU-OSHA, OSH Pulse 2025). In Switzerland, over 40% of employees said they were often or very often stressed; a similar proportion said they often felt emotionally exhausted at the end of the working day (TravailSuisse, Barometer Gute Arbeit 2025).
This isn’t a wellbeing issue on the side of the business. Space to Transcend exists to support the people behind the numbers. Through guided breathwork, art practice and reflection, it offers space to slow down, listen to yourself and reconnect with what matters.
For organizations, leadership teams, HR and people teams, women’s networks, and professional groups that take their responsibility to the people they work with seriously.
I offer bespoke sessions and programs designed around a team’s specific need and preventive intentions for burnout, transitions, sustainable performance, creativity, or team connection.
In-person or online. With length and structure customized for each engagement.
For teams working under sustained pressure, a Team Reset offers a contained, guided space to pause, regulate and reconnect.
The session may include guided breathwork, a bilateral drawing practice and time for individual reflection. It does not require artistic experience, and there is no expectation to share personal information, be creative or produce anything.
The focus is on creating enough safety and space for people to slow down, notice where they are, and return to their work with greater presence.
I bring a perspective that is unusual in this field: two decades working inside organizations of different sizes, sectors and countries as a senior leader, alongside my experience of deep burnout and my training and certifications in breathwork and art therapy and community art. I understand the environments these sessions are designed for, and I can bring a different kind of space into them without treating it as another corporate performance exercise.

Associations, community centers, nonprofits and women’s networks are often made of people who are constantly at service for others: members, volunteers, caregivers, staff and organisers.
Community Open Studio is a regular facilitated space for them to pause, breathe, create and reconnect—in the same room or online, with others, without having to be useful, productive or available to everyone else. A place to return to reconnect.
Through guided breathwork, creative practice based on art therapy principles and reflection, participants can slow down, notice what they are carrying, and give form to what is difficult to put into words.
There is no artistic skill required, no pressure to share, and no expectation to produce anything.
